Under His Wings – A Place of Rest and Refuge Psalm 91:4

“He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.” — Psalm 91:4    A Picture of Gentle Strength for All Ages Psalm 91:4 paints a powerful and tender image of God: He is like a mighty bird who covers His children with His feathers. This verse, though poetic, carries deep theological meaning. The song, “The Lord Is My Shepherd,” was written so children can sing about how they are never truly alone—because God is always with them. He gives peace when we're worried, joy when we're sad, and love that never runs out. It’s a reminder for every young heart that they are special, seen, and surrounded by a God who never...
